Awareness, acceptance and action - learned of that concept tonight and so I'm pondering it, trying to figure out how to apply it to how I'm feeling - to how I've been feeling for a while now. I'm doing something wrong. I've approached all of this from the wrong direction and I'm left feeling more lost right now than ever. I should be good - I should have it figured out. I don't.
Goodbyes are hard. I'm tired of them.
